You don’t need a new day to start over, you only need a new mindset. Our old saying is buckets effect, it reveals the capacity of a bucket depends on the shortest board. But the book “Strengthsfinder2.0" tells us that we should focus more on our talents rather than our shortages. We should practice our talents much and develop them so that we can do more with less. This is a novel theory to our traditional education.
On our sharing session, everyone of our readers shared their talents and shortages together without fears of being judged: Arranger, Responsibility, Deliberative, Learner,etc. Are the most common points that Tomax people have. We’re glad that we have this chance to recharge, to know ourselves better, and in the future we can use each other’s advantages to make work more effective so that everyone feels their values. When our souls have nowhere to go, the reading club provides us a habitat.
